Who we are.....
New Opportunities is a nonprofit, 501(C)(3) tax exempt developmental training program dedicated to providing services that are designed to enhance the lives of adults with developmental disabilities. The programs at New Opportunities are funded by the Illinois Department of Human Services (DHS), the Illinois Department of Public Aid (DPA), the Madison County Community Mental Health Board, Local Education Agencies, Revenue from Contract Work, and Private Contributions/Donations.
