New Opportunities is in the America's Central Port Complex (formerly the River's Edge Complex) that is located at the intersection of Route 3 and Niedringhaus in Granite City, IL.  Follow Niedringhaus into the complex and turn left onto Seventh St.  New Opportunities is at 1510 W. Seventh St.
